I'm Dr Rewa Keegan, specialist surgeon, lifestyle medicine physician, certified health coach, and mum of twin boys.

I finished surgical training and had my twins in the same chapter of my life. And if I'm honest, I was running on empty. I wasn't exercising. My cholesterol was high, which as a doctor I found equal parts ironic and humbling. I was juggling my patients and my family, and somewhere in the middle of all of it I had quietly stopped looking after myself entirely.

What that period taught me, the hard and unglamorous way, is that feeling well isn't about doing more. It's about understanding what your body actually needs and giving it exactly that.

I rebuilt myself using the same framework I now use with every woman I work with. And I created Revital because I kept seeing the same thing in clinic: capable, intelligent women doing so much and feeling so little, who needed someone to look at the whole picture and help them find their way back to themselves.

That's what I'm here to do.

My approach is built on the six pillars of lifestyle medicine: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, connection and the avoidance of harmful substances. These aren't wellness trends. They are the evidence-based foundations of how your body functions, and how it struggles when any one of them is depleted.

What makes a Revital consultation different is that we look at all of them together. Because your sleep affects your metabolism. Your stress affects your hormones. Your nutrition affects your mood. Everything is connected, and treating one thing in isolation while ignoring the rest rarely gets women the results they're looking for.

I'm also trained in health coaching, which means we don't stop at knowing what needs to change. We work out how to actually make it happen in your real life, with your real constraints.

This isn't a quick fix. It's a real one.

Our initial consultation takes a full hour. We go through your history, your lifestyle, your hormones, your goals, and whatever is feeling most urgent for you right now. You leave with a personalised wellbeing prescription — a structured, practical plan you can begin straight away.

We can focus on whatever matters most to you: perimenopause or menopause, metabolic health, weight, energy, sleep, breast health, or simply understanding why you haven't felt like yourself lately.
