Ready to feel like yourself again?

Here's what working with me looks like.

The Revital experience. A different kind of consultation.

Before we meet, you'll complete a comprehensive intake questionnaire covering your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle and goals. This takes around 30 minutes and means we can use our time together well rather than starting from scratch.

Your first consultation is a full 60 minutes. We go through everything — what's been happening, how you're feeling, what you've tried, what matters most to you right now. Within 72 hours of your appointment you'll receive your personalised wellbeing prescription: a comprehensive document summarising our consultation and recommendations, with a clear, structured plan addressing the areas that need the most attention, grounded in evidence and designed for your actual life.

Follow-up consultations are 30 minutes and focus on reviewing how things are going, working through any challenges, and refining your plan as your health evolves.

Consultations are available via telehealth across Australia. If you'd prefer a face-to-face appointment at my Inner West or Northern Beaches rooms, get in touch at info@revital.au

Speaking & Workshops

I am increasingly invited to speak with organisations and professional groups about the intersection between modern work, physiology and long-term wellbeing.

Through my clinical work as a breast surgeon and lifestyle medicine physician, I see how closely energy, cognitive performance, recovery and health are tied to fundamental biological systems such as sleep, metabolic health, movement and nervous system regulation.

I enjoy translating this science into accessible, practical conversations for workplaces and professional communities.

Depending on the setting, this may take the form of a keynote talk, panel discussion or a small interactive workshop exploring sustainable performance and wellbeing.
